Here's the low-down:
When I turned 31 (June 25th 2018) I decided to try a fifth project.
There are many goals in this one.
-Like the very first project, there's a picture and a haiku each day.
-Also like the first project, I'm trying to fast on specific "sins".
-I'm trying to hit 1,000 running miles for the year (about 20 a week).
-I'm giving up shots of liquor (not like there were many in my life to begin with)
-I plan on "breaking a sweat" everyday. I'll use the resource DAREBEE for this.
-And I'm trying to do 100 days of vegan eating.
That's it. For now at least. Wish me luck!
