*So I've got about 40 some odd days before the end and there's no way I'm finishing the running alone. I've acknowledged this already, but I will try to make it to 750 before June 25th. This means 100 miles in the coming month. Doable when I was at my peak, but may prove touchy for this last leg.

I'm also planning a final run on the early evening (6:00pm) of the 24th of June around the Chestnut Hill Reservoir for how ever many miles I have left to reach the 750 goal. I'll be sending open invitations soon to anyone interested. Their miles will be counted toward the final count for as long as they run with me...I'm hoping to get some people running elsewhere too, as most of my supporters are out of town or very busy.

Everything else is par. Will probably succeed in most of the fasts by the end of this month. Need to sustain the writing and reading pace I've been on or that could slip from my fingers at the last minute. Still trolling for some page-turners to boost the numbers. Trying to tackle Lovecraft's stuff proved heavy on the mind especially when I learned how racist the guy was. It's hard to shake once those things come out. Had the same thing happen with Orson Scott Card. Dude is hella homophobic.

Finally opened up a word document for next year's project. I've got some base ideas written out but nothing definitive yet...will probably continue to use this site for posting and just alter the about section so it clarifies the difference between each year's challenge.

Very on the fence about attempting the running challenge for the third year in a row. It would be awesome to complete it all on my own, but it's such a terrible time suck. Must meditate on this as I start the running again this week.
