I'm gonna recommend a podcast here that is pretty amazing and if you haven't heard of it, I highly highly recommend giving it a shot. It's 99% Invisible and it covers all aspects of design. It's informative and short and delightful.
Also Roman Mars has a wonderful voice and is very smart.
