Getting back into the Meditation world again. Trying to find healthy habits that stick is very difficult. Emotion subverts the logic around every corner. This life is weird since I have to make sure I'm on stable ground before I can help others...and I haven't been there lately. My priorities wax and wane with the propensity of tropical weather.
