Chore Leave

-Just started a sleep trial through a company called Thync where I'm set up with a bracelet monitor and some impressive neural equipment that I use to run "programs" before bed every night. I also have to take two surveys everyday, one first thing in the morning and one right before bed in addition to saliva samples in the middle of the weeks. That's the bare bones of it so far. You will probably hear more about it as the trial goes on.

-Out and about in a wild sort of way. Helping the former upstairs neighbors do some errands while getting a few done myself. Home Depot run, Whole Foods run, run to grab a carpet, run to grab a painting. Stared at a couple creepy giant baby heads. Talked about routers and painting on wood. Spent the second half of the day in awe of all the stuff we accomplished. Busy and on the move is the way to be.
